The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Indianapolis Colts in what is arguably one of the most anticipated games this season. The game will be played on Sunday, November 11th at 4:25 PM EST without safety Mike Adams and wide receiver Pierre Garcon due to injuries sustained during their Week 10 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.。

The game will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium and it will not feature the star safety and wide receiver from Indianapolis, Malik Hooker.

The San Francisco 49ers aren’t playing in a must-win game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, but a win in the Bay Area is becoming more important after three consecutive defeats and a bye week.
The Colts are a good bet to lose against the Niners, since they have only won two games this season. And reports from the team’s practice earlier this week won’t help Indianapolis’ case.
On Thursday, October 21, ESPN’s Field Yates, an NFL insider, provided the tragic injury news.
Indianapolis Colts S Julian Blackmon, one of the NFL’s most promising rookie safeties, tore his Achilles tendon in practice yesterday. It’s bad news.

“Colts S Julian Blackmon, one of the NFL’s most promising young safeties, tore his Achilles in practice yesterday,” Yates tweeted. “It’s bad news.”
On Saturday, October 23, The Athletic’s David Lombardi reported the Colts’ corresponding injured reserve list (IR) movements, which included the addition of guard Quenton Nelson to the active roster.
Lombardi also revealed that Indy will be missing one of their best offensive weapons against the Niners, in addition to Blackmon.
The return of Quenton Nelson against the 49ers was expected. T.Y. Hilton, the Colts’ wide receiver, will be out.

“The return of Quenton Nelson against the 49ers was expected,” Lombardi wrote. “Colts WR T.Y. Hilton, on the other hand, will be out.”
The Niners are still dealing with major injury concerns.

While the news of Blackmon’s injury is devastating for the Colts, the Niners are also dealing with major injury issues. The team’s last practice report was issued on Friday, and it revealed that many key players would be unavailable in San Francisco on Sunday.
“Javon Kinlaw, Trey Lance, and Maurice Hurst are out. Trent Williams is a skeptic. QUESTIONABLE Marcell Harris,” said the team on its official Twitter account.
According to several statements made by head coach Kyle Shanahan shortly after the Niners’ 17-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, October 10 — Trey Lance’s only start and the game in which he suffered his calf injury — the rookie quarterback was unlikely to start against the Colts, assuming veteran quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s relative health.
After the game against the Cardinals, the Niners said that Lance may be out for many weeks, so they protected and then activated third-string quarterback Nate Sudfeld from the practice squad to the active roster. While Lance’s injuries was not considered life-threatening, his absence from Sunday’s game against the Colts is understandable given the circumstances.
With Harris slated to return from his thumb injury, the Niners have a lingering concern in the shape of All-Pro offensive lineman Trent Williams.
Williams is dealing with a number of injuries, one of which he sustained during practice.

Lombardi said on Twitter on Friday that the solution would not be revealed until game time.
Trent Williams’ status will be decided by the 49ers until game time, although he remains uncertain.
Williams injured his ankle against Arizona, and the ailment seems to have gotten worse when he was “dinged” during Monday’s bonus practice.

“The 49ers will make their choice on Trent Williams up to game time,” Lombardi wrote, “although he is uncertain.” “Williams injured his ankle against Arizona, and the issue seems to have gotten worse when he was ‘dinged’ during Monday’s bonus practice.”
Because rain is expected in San Francisco, Williams’ health is even more critical, as the running game will be critical to the success of whichever 2-win club breaks the losing streak on Sunday.
The squad will also be missing All-Pro tight end George Kittle, who has been placed on injured reserve with a calf ailment.
